Notes: A powerful bouquet of blueberries and black fruits accompanied by savory notes of bay leaves and sun-dried tomatoes as well as leather. On the palate, it is a full-bodied fruity wine with strong tannins and a long finish.

Notes: If ever proof was needed that wine needs time, then this is it.
A small quantity of the 2008 Cabernet Sauvignon was bottled in 500ml bottles but never released.
Tasting it today the palate emphasizes the black fruit character with notes of green pepper, mint and violet and hints of the wonderful tertiary aromas of black olive and mushroom. The tannins are smooth, body full and finish long.
