Notes: An earthy, lavendery, spicy, wonderfully complex wine. On the nose black currant, blueberry, dried fig, prune & black olive. The palate emphasizes the fruit character with hints of licorice. The tannins are present, body full & finish long.

Notes: A well-structured wine with soft, well integrated tannins and a long finish. The earthiness of beetroot acts as the perfect foil to the lusciousness of black cherries... smokey cedar, blackcurrant, mint, vanilla… A very sensual drop.
